The Dovetail is a unique gift boutique featuring many local artists & makers as well as greeting cards, pantry items, and jewelry. We celebrate community and humanity, and all things weird. Our wide range of beautiful products makes it possible to shop for even the most impossible person on your list. (And it makes it VERY easy to find a treat for yourself!)

Upcoming Events

We’re excited to host local musician Doug Wartman on Saturday April 18th at 2pm for a daytime pop up show! Come listen to his acoustic set, including a new tune that he’s releasing called “Ebb and Flow”.

The shop will be open! No cover charge, but feel free to bring non-perishable & shelf stable donations for the Abington Community Fridge!

Our neighbor Vinyl Chickie will be hosting her Pierre Robert record collection event (more info on her page!)

Local jeweler, Ninimosi Designs, is popping up at The Dovetail on Saturday May 2nd with a Make Your Own Bangle Workshop! Make 3 bangles with gem stones of your choice - all materials included - for $80. 2pm to 4pm ⍜ Pre register below!

Save the Date! Our Spring Market at Glenside Lanes is Saturday May 16th from 12 to 5pm! Join us for an afternoon of shopping from 30 unique & local vendors!

Celebrate Spring AND our ONE YEAR anniversary of our buildings grand opening 🎉 at 2256 Mount Carmel Avenue in Glenside PA 🎳

Vendors will be inside The Dovetail, Align Barre & fitness (upstairs), and outside our building + our neighbor Vinyl Chickie will be open 12-4! More info to come about the awesome folks vending, so stay tuned!
